Q: How easy is to change accountants?
A: Very. The process involves just one letter from you and we do the rest. Your accountant should not charge you for providing the normal handover information.
Q: What are your charging arrangements and are your fees expensive?
A: Our fees are based on the value we provide to your business. The fees are agreed in advance and the exact scope of the service within the fixed price agreement is documented. Any work outside the arrangement will be agreed with you before commencement of work. You will never receive a surprise invoice from us.
We do not claim to be the cheapest, however we do strive to provide an exceptional service at a price which is fair to both parties. Although not the cheapest, we are certainly not expensive and we do not reel clients in with low prices only to inflate our fees once we have them on board.
Q: Will you be flexible with regard to your appointments?
A: Yes. In business we appreciate that some of our clients cannot speak to us or visit in office hours. We will always be flexible and offer evening and weekend telephone contact and meetings by appointment.
